Shipping Domestic

We are pleased to offer Free Ground Shipping for all orders over $100* and Flat-Rate UPS Ground shipping on all other orders (valid in the United States only and Excluding collabs).

If you choose UPS 2 day shipping or UPS Standard Overnight shipping, regular charges will apply.

Order Shipment: Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped. All orders are subject to review, this may cause a minor delay in processing your order.

Shipping International

Swan is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying these additional charges for customs clearance. We must declare all items at their full price and cannot change this amount to lower custom fees.

Your order may be subject to custom fees or taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your particular country. However, the amount does depend on the country to which the order was shipped. Please contact your customs office for a specific amount and percentage breakdown.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In order to return any item, you must contact our Customer Service Department for an RA number. You will be asked to supply the following information:

• Order number
• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Mailing address
• Reason for the return

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected at our Distribution Center (typically within three business days after receipt), your refund will be processed within ten business days. Please note that once we initiate the credit for your return, the credit card company that issued the credit determines the date the refund will post to your account.

If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
